Within fourteen days of the delivery date (*), you may request a refund for the item as long as it is returned in its original packaging and condition.
Please make sure to read the item descriptions carefully before purchasing, as some of the photographs may show additional goods that are not included. Due to this reason, we cannot accept returns; thus, it is essential that you read the product description.
Please verify each component for any possible signs of wear and tear; sets that have been put together but have visible signs of wear and tear will be considered used. Before you begin building, be sure that every corner has been thoroughly inspected for any marks or other imperfections.
There are several things that cannot be returned, including the following:
- Once they have been delivered, Glass & Glass room verandas cannot be taken back.
- Products that are personalized or customized according to your exact requirements
- Not what is seen in the stock image but what will be sent to you is detailed in the description.
- It is imperative that every box be utilized when assembling a set; otherwise, the pieces won’t align properly, and returns without the original packaging won’t be accepted.
- It is possible to return sets that have already been assembled, however because the components will have been used, the sets will need to be examined first before a refund can be processed.
If your shipment arrives broken or flawed, please get in touch with us within the first 24 hours.
We will always ship components that need replacing free of charge, and the seller is responsible for paying for all returns. This ensures that returns for damaged parts may be replaced.
Return
If you change your mind about keeping an item, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received it to notify us of your decision through our returns policy.
Cancelation costs
Without limiting Alexandre ltd other rights or remedies, if the Customer cancel the Order then the Customer shall compensate Alexandre ltd on demand a sum equal to the greater of all loses calculated on an indemnity basis or the reasonable amount calculated in accordance with our costs.
The reasonable amount is calculated on the basis of the following graduated scale:
(a) in case of cancellation up to eight days prior to the date of delivery: 25% of the Order value;
(b) in case of cancellation more than one day less than eight days prior to the date of delivery: 50% of the Order value; and
(c) in case of cancellation one day or less prior to the date of delivery: 75% of the Order value.

What Merchandise Is Not Eligible for a Return Under the 14-Day Policy?
- Alteration of commodities
- Products that are no longer in their original packaging and do not have the original condition
- Commercial Orders
Items that are defective or damaged can be returned, and the collection fee won’t be charged even if they are returned.
If you change your mind or would like to check the quality, etc. before hand, you can open a box while the courier is present. If, after a quick inspection, you decide that you do not want the set, please do not accept, and REFUSE the goods/delivery. The items will then be returned to us, and we will refund you as soon as we receive the returned items. minus the associated costs.
The Return of the Packaging
Because our couriers will not ship anything that are not packaged, all returned goods are required to be wrapped in packaging. If you intend to return the items you purchased, it is imperative that you maintain possession of the original packaging as well as the pallet.
Pergolas
Please let us know about any damage before the build so that we can address any problems; if any damage is reported after the construction, replacements will not be provided.
If you change your mind about something, please keep in mind that it is your obligation to ensure that the things are returned to us in the same condition and packing that they were in when you received them. Every item that is sent back to us is inspected by a member of our Distribution Centre Team. If the product is not returned in its original condition or packaging, there will be a penalty fee levied from your refund equal to 50% of the entire price of the product (prior to the application of any discounts).
If you have received a broken or damaged item that needs to be returned and you have disposed of the original packaging, we kindly ask that you seek other material, such as bubble wrap, in order to return the item to us. Thank you.
Policy Regarding Refunds
When we get the items that were returned to us, we will begin the process of issuing a refund to you within one business day.
Please get in touch with us if the expiration date on your payment card arrives before we are able to execute your refund.
Your initial delivery fee will be refunded if:
- if the item you received is faulty and you report it within 14 days, we will offer to fix or replace it as long as you have returned the purchase in full.
- if you are cancelling your order within 14 days of receiving it, please note that return fees are only for the charges of the courier.
- if we made a mistake in our shipment or if the item you received is faulty and you report it within 14 days, we will offer to fix or replace it.
Our policy on refunds is in addition to any statutory rights you may have.
